Withdrawal From a Course

This form has been designed to facilitate requests from third parties who wish to confirm that an Award they have been presented by a former 1 Education student is authentic.

Due to privacy reasons, you will be required to obtain the student’s permission to release this information before we can process your request.

An Authority to Release information form has been provided (attached below), to be signed by the former student and lodged with this application.
